HOW TO ORDER

There are two easy ways to order
Online
Place your order online by making your selections and then clicking on "add to cart". Right before you submit your final order select your shipping location to see shipping costs and if any taxes and phyto fees apply. Then check out through paypal and pay by credit card as a Paypal guest or pay with your Paypal account if you have one. Paypal is a secure, safe way to pay by credit card.

Mail your completed order form with payment.

We accept payment as follows:
Canada- Cheque or Money order
USA -Just use your personal cheque as usual in US$ or an International Postal Money Order
Overseas -payment accepted over website only.
Only UK customers have the option to send cheque with order but you must add an additional $15.00 service charge and write personal cheque in your own countries currency- check exchange rate at time of placing order.

ORDER and SHIPPING INFORMATION
We suggest to place your order early to ensure availability. Orders are filled in sequence received.
Please send orders in before March 31st. Cut off date for orders is April 10th.
Minimum order of $25.00.

Units for new Introductions (current years Introductions) UNIT = 1L 1M 2S
Units for rest of Catalogue UNIT = 1L 2M 3S

SHIPPING
• All orders are shipped approximately mid March to end April weather permitting.
• We ship Canada Post Expedited within CA. To the USA we use Expedited or XpressPost whichever method your paid shipping cost will cover.
• Most orders Overseas are shipped via Xpress-Post (Air),
• Canada Post no longer offers any other options in most cases.
• If shipping charges more than exceeds actual cost we will include extras or refund.

SHIPPING COSTS
*CANADA - minimum of $10.00 or 10% of total items , which ever is greater

*USA - minimum $15.00 or 15% of total price of items, which ever is greater, plus mandatory Agriculture Inspection and phyto fee of $10.00
(besides phyto no other documentation is needed for USA by post)

*Some further away countries outside of Europe may have extra shipping costs. We will notify you if you fall in that range.

Most overseas countries a phytosanitary certificate is enough but it is up to you to check with your Customs and Excise if there are duties or if more information is required. Generally permits are not required for personal gladiolus orders unless you are a commercial company for resale.
For custom purposes remember that a gladiolus is a "corm", not a root, plant or bulb.
Gladiolus bulb is actually a "corm" not a bulb as we sometimes refer to.

Note-If paying online your PayPal invoice will have phyto fee included under ``Shipping and Handling"
Note- that when ordering from wholesale, in cart #1 show up as Large, #2 as Medium and #3 as Small.
This is for calculation purposes. You will be shipped actual #1, #2,#3 sizes as ordered.


OUR GUARANTEE
We guarantee all corms (bulbs) to be true-to-name, meaning you get exactly what you ordered. Some varieties are short in supply each year, but we will do the best that we can. If it should become necessary we substitute size first, then nearest colour unless you state otherwise. You can state this on your order form or by email. We guarantee photos in our catalogue accurately represent the bulb shipped to you. Mistakes can happen, if your bulb blooms other than as expected please contact us and we will gladly replace it with the correct variety, a selection of your choice or issue a credit. We guarantee bulbs arrive in good condition. Occasionally a bulb can spoil in transit, especially under warm conditions. It is your responsibility to inspect all bulbs upon arrival and notify us of any problems within 10 days of receiving shipment.
